When we developed our CBR guidelines in 2020-2021, our first move was to publish them as a pdf, report-style. But we know from early on that many people don’t read reports. Reports are a flat, static way of sharing information. We always wanted to take what we had create it and put it on the web, in a multimedia format that will grow and evolve over time.
Well, today we are ready to launch the Community Research Collaborative website. For this project, we brought on former University of Utah student, engaged scholar, and graphic designer Madelyn Poston. She has helped us take our report and transform it into something far more beautiful.
Take a look around the site, and you will find:
- Information on our various projects
- News and updates from the CRC and our partners
- A library of resources on CBR, including examples, tools, theories, and interviews with practitioners.
- A page where you can submit research to our community-based review board.
And this is just the start. We plan to continue growing our library of resources, and fleshing out what the six principles look like in practice. So stop by often!
